Flavours

Flavours brings French gastronomy to the shores of Iru Fushi. Work your way through all the French classics—from onion soup to beef tartare. The French cooking techniques and secret sauces are all there (think beurre monté, beurre blanc, coulis…) as well as our chef’s twist on the original recipes.

Iru Restaurant

‘Iru’ implies a sense of shade, of refuge. It’s a place where you can relax and enjoy good food. Whether it’s breakfast fuel before you head out on a dive, a quick lunch between two games of tennis or an enjoyable evening with the family, Iru is your place. The mix of buffet-style, live cooking, and themed nights makes it a crowd-pleaser.

Islander's Grill

Islander’s Grill offers relaxed, toes-in-the-sand dining right on the beach. It’s the go-to spot for good, honest food—no fuss, just generous plates of freshly-caught seafood. The catch of the day—Maldivian lobster, red crab, reef fish, yellowfin tuna—is grilled, fried, steamed, and poached to your liking.

La Cremeria

Cool off from the Maldivian heat at La Cremeria, your go-to morning till night spot for all things iced and sweet—from a cashew coffee frappe to a selection of coffees, pastries, ice-creams and milkshakes.

Taste of India

Taste of India encapsulates the best of what the country has to offer when it comes to food. Each dish, from the Thali to the Tandoori-baked naan, is designed to express the flavours and ingredients of India—from North to South. The Maldivian twist? The restaurant’s gorgeous terrace faces the sea.

Teppanyaki

Considering all the fish in the sea, it makes perfect sense to have a Japanese restaurant in the Maldives. Take a seat at our namesake restaurant where our chefs masterfully craft a variety of sushi and sear your choice of meat, seafood and vegetables on the teppan, the hot iron griddle, with flair. The curated dessert menu incorporates ingredients such as matcha, yuzu, mango, and wasabi.

The Spa Cafe

The Spa Café. The name says it all. Post-spa treatment, pop by to pick up a nourishing snack or refuel with a healthy drink post-gym. The delicious food is powered by plants. Pure bliss.

The Trio

When you are craving comfort food, a hearty bowl of risotto or a delicious pizza does the trick. The Trio serves the staples of la cucina Italiana, but in tropical surroundings. The restaurant is on stilts, making for some pretty incredible views too. If you are travelling with the whole tribe, The Trio is a good choice.

Bubble Lounge

Bubble lounge is devoted to all things bubbly—from vintage champagnes to celebratory sparkling wines. You can enjoy by the glass or bottle. And yes, canapés will be served too.

Fluid

Fluid Bar is located right by the gorgeous main swimming pool, making it the perfect spot to grab a snack on the go or between two swims. The menu offers a variety of plates for all palates and appetites, making it a favourite among families.

No Mistake

The eponymous No Mistake bar is set right on the beach. Open from midday to midnight, the bar serves up delicious cocktails crafted by a mixologist, and shisha. Come at golden hour for a sundowner of the highest calibre.

Reflections

Reflections is an adult-only bar adjacent to the grown-ups only swimming pool. It owes its name to the reflection of the palm trees in the pool below. It’s the ideal spot to laze away. Between a dip in the pool and a siesta on a chaise-longue, grab a bite. The menu offers a mix of healthy small dishes and dishes to share – from ceviche to salt & pepper calamari.

Waters Edge

Wind down, drink in hand, to the sound of your favourite jazz artists. The drinks menu is extensive, including everything from a Singapore Sling to a coconut iced coffee. Pop in for a casual lunch with poolside classics - Greek salad, Caesar salad, club sandwich… At sunset, drink signature cocktails in the warm tropical night air with chilled beats of a DJ or the rhythmic beats of the Bodu Beru drums.

The Cellar

Wine tastings, wine pairings, vintage champagne, rare bottles, caviar… The Cellar is full of all the good stuff. Our resident sommelier is on hand to help you match a bottle to your celebration. The cosy intimate space is ideal for a wine pairing en tête-à-tête.
